Appointment Time
Please arrive 5 minutes early so your session can begin stress-free. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, and the full fee will still apply.

Reminders
Email confirmations are sent 3 days prior, with a text reminder 2 hours before. We recommend keeping your appointment time in mind to enjoy your full experience.

Cancellations
Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel, allowing us to best serve all clients.

Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, and repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule for the safety and comfort of yourself, our team, and other clients.

Touch-Ups
To keep your lashes looking their absolute best, we recommend touch-ups every 2–4 weeks. Pre-booking ensures you can secure your preferred time. Arriving on time with clean lashes helps us maximize application and retention, while the natural fullness of your lashes at each visit ensures a seamless, beautiful result. Occasional extra time may be needed if lashes have experienced more than typical loss.

Payment & Gratuities
We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. Gratuities are a lovely way to show appreciation, but are entirely optional.

Refunds
Each service and product is thoughtfully created for you, making every experience final.

Reactions & Sensitivities
Your comfort and safety are our top priority. While reactions are rare, please share any known allergies with us. Should a reaction occur, we will provide complimentary lash removal for full sets and attend to your needs with care. Prompt notification helps us ensure the best possible outcome.

Cell Phones
For a calm and uninterrupted experience, please silence your phone and wait until your session is complete before checking messages. This allows us to focus fully on your lashes and ensures your comfort and safety while using precision tools near your eyes.

Children
While we adore little ones, we kindly ask that children under 12 not be present during your service. This helps us provide you with undivided attention and ensures a safe, relaxing environment.

Pets
For the comfort and safety of all clients, as well as to accommodate potential allergies, we ask that pets remain at home during your appointment.
